[Imagining Wyomings Future Award] — [1st place/ $700 Grand Prize]
This competition was hosted by the University of Wyoming to gauge the youths thoughts on the future of our state. I wrote a vision for Wyoming maintaining its energy exporter economy while transitioning away from fossil fuels.

Ravens and Demigods
In my Freshman year of highschool I started working on a novel, I worked on it sophmore and junior year, it grew to some 160 pages, but it fell aside when higher priorities came with tighter deadlines. I wrote most of whats published here when I was 14-15, so its a bit dramatic. It is an examination of utilitarianism and self righteous justification of terrible things done for a greater good. It's a scifi story, about a scientist's vision of what humanity could be, how it should be, and how he loses his humanity in pursuit of it.
